I like to have everything in order! After graduating from the College of Lake County in 2020 with an Associate of Science in Network Administration and Cybersecurity (with a bit of Cisco networking), I gained hands‑on experience in the cybersecurity field at my alma mater, where I served as a Cybersecurity Analyst. This role strengthened my natural inclination to security protocols, standards, and network protection. I also worked as a Cybersecurity Compliance Intern at Gather Voices, where I contributed to preparing for ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
Since 2020, I have been an Account Coordinator at Hourless, where I combine my CS background with client‑focused operational support to line all the ducks as much as I can. As a Zoho Certified Consultant, I look forward to expanding my professional skill set through ongoing education and holding multiple Zoho certifications, including Zoho Vault and Zoho Expense, because here at Hourless, we’re wearing many hats.
