Zoho POS is Zoho’s dedicated, all-in-one point-of-sale platform. As a relatively recent addition to the ecosystem, it’s a key part of Zoho’s strategy for modern retail and a powerful tool for businesses managing in-person sales and inventory.
You may also recognize this platform by its original name, Zakya. After its U.S. debut at Zoholics in May 2025, Zoho officially rebranded Zakya to Zoho POS just five months later. This name change highlights its native integration with the core Zoho apps, from Books and Inventory to CRM.
