Zoho Billing Resources

Zoho Billing (formerly Zoho Subscriptions) is a subscription management platform. It is one of the Zoho One applications, is also included in the Zoho Finance bundle, and can be purchased as a standalone application.

While Zoho Books has recurring invoices, Zoho Billing is a true subscription management app. It creates subscription products and automatically charges the subscribers based on their plan and selected options. Zoho Billing’s native integrations include Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and many other Zoho applications.

As a Zoho Partner, we utilize Zoho Billing for our subscription-based services, such as Zoho Support Plans , Google Ads Management, or WordPress Maintenance Service.

Zoho Billing FAQ

Does Zoho offer Zoho Mail Free Plan for Businesses?

Yes, Zoho Mail offers a free plan that includes up to 5 users, 5 GB storage per user, and custom domain email addresses ([email protected]). The free tier also includes basic email features and mobile/desktop access, making it a valuable option for small businesses that want professional email addresses without cost.

What's the real cost difference between Zoho, Salesforce, and HubSpot for small teams?

Let’s see: for a 5-person team, Zoho costs around $150/month total (Inventory + CRM + Books as standalone apps), or, for the Zoho One subscribers, the cost is slightly higher ($185/month), while the Salesforce equivalent runs $3,000+ monthly minimum, and the HubSpot route with the comparable functionality costs around $1,000+ monthly. Zoho provides 90% of the functionality at a lower cost, with no hidden integration fees or per-transaction (per-record) costs that competitors often charge. Please note that the Zoho implementation cost is a separate expense, unless you DIY it, and must be accounted for when you calculate your TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).

Should I use Zoho Campaigns or Zoho CRM for mass emails?

Use Zoho Campaigns for mass emails, not Zoho CRM. While Zoho CRM can send emails, it’s designed for one-to-one sales communication and its mass email capabilities are limited. Zoho Campaigns is the dedicated email marketing platform with automations, templates, detailed analytics, and a free tier for up to 2,000 subscribers and 6,000 emails per month.

How does Zoho CRM's territory management work for manufacturing companies?

Zoho CRM provides built-in territory management that automatically routes leads to the correct sales rep based on ZIP code, state, or custom geographic boundaries. It supports territory hierarchies for regional managers overseeing multiple reps, handles account assignments when territories change, and provides performance dashboards showing pipeline and quota attainment by region.

How Much Does It Cost to Implement Zoho AI?

It depends on which Zoho AI you’re implementing, and the answer might be less than you think.

Tier 1: Built-in Zia features (included in your license). Lead scoring, email sentiment, anomaly detection, workflow suggestions, and most core Zia capabilities are already part of your Zoho CRM, Desk, and other subscriptions. The “cost” here is configuration and activation — not additional licensing. If your team hasn’t turned these on, you’re paying for AI you’re not using. Activating them is not a heavy lift; typically, it’s a part of a standard Zoho implementation or can be scoped as a focused consulting engagement.

Tier 2: Zia Agents (may require an upgraded plan). Configuring autonomous agents involves designing workflows in Agent Studio, defining permissions, testing against real data, and deploying in phases. This is mid-complexity work — not a weekend DIY project, but not a six-month engagement either. Zoho’s pricing for Zia Agent capabilities varies by plan; the implementation cost depends on how many agents you need and how complex your workflows are.

Tier 3: Zoho MCP + external AI (custom scope). Connecting Claude, GPT, or other external models to your Zoho data via Zoho MCP is the most variable in cost. It depends on the number of Zoho apps involved, the complexity of the prompts and workflows, and whether you need middleware for heavyweight tasks. We use this ourselves and have deployed it for customers.

We work with fixed-price budgets, not hourly billing. Once we understand your scope, either through a Zoho audit or a Clarity Call, we’ll give you a defined budget for the work.

This is a curated collection of Zoho Billing training videos from Zoho’s official channel, so you don’t have to wander YouTube to find Zoho Billing videos. We don’t simply republish them; we watch every video and publish only those with educational value.
